Food, a divine offering, and our mothers in their kitchens, our very own Annapurnas.

Gujarati summers bring with them the beautiful ritual of making athana, papad and seasonal delicacies, lovingly dried on sunlit terraces and preserved for the year ahead.

Komalba Nu Rasodu is my homage to those cherished childhood memories, the rituals we grew up with, and the love that made them so special.
