At Jamnagar by Ektaba Sodha, every piece is thoughtfully crafted with exceptional attention to detail. While some pieces are ready to ship, others are made to order, allowing us to dedicate the time and artistry each creation deserves. Please review our shipping timelines below before placing your order.

Processing & Shipping Time

1. Ready-to-Ship Items

  • Processing & Dispatch: 5–7 business days.
  • Once your order has been processed and dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.

2. Made-to-Order Items

Our made-to-order pieces are created with care and attention to craftsmanship. Production timelines vary depending on the nature of the piece.

Patola Sarees

  • Estimated Timeline: Approximately 6 months for creation and delivery.
  • Each Patola saree is crafted with exceptional artistry and care. Please allow approximately six months for the creation and delivery of your order.

All Other Made-to-Order Pieces

  • Production Time: 3-4 weeks.
  • This timeline applies to made-to-order Anarkalis, jackets, kurta dresses, and other eligible made-to-order pieces.
  • Once your piece is ready, it will be dispatched, and tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.

Please note that production and shipping are separate stages. For ready-to-ship items, the 5–7 business day timeline refers to processing and dispatch. For made-to-order items, the stated production timelines apply before dispatch, except for Patola sarees, for which the estimated timeline includes creation and delivery.

Domestic Shipping (India)

We ship across India through trusted courier partners to help ensure the safe delivery of your order.

Delivery times after dispatch may vary depending on your location, courier availability, and unforeseen circumstances.

International Shipping

For orders shipped outside India, international shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes and any other fees levied by the destination country are not included in our product prices. These charges are additional and are the responsibility of the customer.

Multiple Items in One Order

If your order contains a combination of ready-to-ship and made-to-order pieces, we may ship the items together once the made-to-order piece is ready, unless otherwise communicated.

If your order includes a Patola saree alongside other items, the longer production timeline may apply to the combined shipment.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS, allowing you to follow your shipment's progress.

Delays

While we make every effort to meet the estimated timelines, occasional delays may occur due to:

  • High order volumes
  • The time and care required for handcrafted production
  • Courier or logistics delays
  • Weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances

If there is a significant delay affecting your order, we will make every effort to keep you informed.

Delivery Information
